Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life  at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

One hundred Indians became richer by Rs 4,64,067 crore (Rs 4.64 trillion) between January 2014 and January 2015.They are members of The Billionaire Club, Business Standard's annual ranking of the richest Indians on the stock market.Their gains - just their gains - are enough to meet the Narendra Modi government's disinvestment target for 2014-15 ten times over. After easing the government's misery, they would still be left with Rs 34,067 crore (Rs 340.67 billion).

Dear Sir, we have one of the largest network of rail in world but at the same time there are no basic facility at railway stations for passengers as well as cargo. I would like to take example of Gurgaon railway station where the city is today having worlds top industries offices but at the same time railway station is like of a small village. You are requested to take it up urgently it gives reflection of our country to people coming from all over the world to work and do business here.

Sir, there are numerous animals roam about the streets and dirt the roads and many localities. I think animals like dogs, pigs and others animals should be caught and taken to a place they should live in. Many times dogs run behind for no reason. For security, security man may be responsible in all streets throughout night. In this way they many people may get jobs and Streets may look much cleaner. Thankyou

Dear Railway Minister For Tatkal Tickets which opens at 10AM ,normally due to heavy traffic on portal persons residing at remote area where there is low /poor internet connectivity ,they fail to book Tatkal ticket as all tickets are hardly sold in 5 minutes. I propose to open tatkal ticket instead of 10AM,it should open 24 hours prior to time of departure of such train. In this system load on internet will be divided into several hoyrs and every body would be able to access tatkal ticket

To promote quick economic growth and create mulititude of jobs in our country in short term the service sector can take lead in this regard due to low gestation period. please reduce service tax by setting its threshold limit between 6-8%.

Mr.Prime minister, It is a deplorable fact that so many human lives are getting lost to deadly Swine Flu in our country. We do not hear such kind of news in developed countries due to hygiene and cleaniless culture of their citizens. Please ensure that at least in BJP ruled states The local government be instructed to build more public toilets and refurbish the exiting ones so that we can get closer to our Swatch Bharat Mission.

Generally the unmanned railway crossing has one bar and people with motor cycle go under it, I suggest to have two bars, One slightly lower (2ft) and second slight higher (2 ft). It will make it almost impossible for someone to go under it. It can be a good deterrent while till the public is educated enough not to do it.
