Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment ...

Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life  at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

raiways should ask the passengers not to throw garbage from compartment of the train. it can be put in a plastic bag and can be deposited at garbage box at stations. co-passengers should inform to all. such rules should be stuck in each compartment. for long distant trains garbage collection by service should be arranged. railways is the most garbage collecting services, why it can not have its own sewage stations in big cities? it should quickly consider this.

1. budget: tds on interst for senior citizens has to go since many r not getting meagre (less) pension, the pension is not sufficient to live. the 15h forms r very tedious. they r physically weak having diseases eg; not able to walk, see, write etc. as such why senior citizens should pay income tax at all? how much is their contribution to income tax?why not itax dept survey this?i gave suggestions to all parties in last loksabha election nobody considered it.lot of paper work,time will be saved

तेज ट्रांसपोर्ट होने से छोटे शहरो में नए उधोग लगाने के लिए आसानी होगी। २०० किलोमीटर दूर के बच्चे भी दिल्ली आ कर कोचिंग पढाई कर सकेंगे। दोनों ओर से स्किल टेलेंट की मूवमेंट होगी। जैसे दिल्ली से अच्छे टीचर छोटे शहरो गावं मैं जा सकेंगे। इन जगहों पर नई इंडस्ट्रीज लगाये आज चीन से जो इम्पोर्ट हो रहा है उसके तरह ही कम लागत मैं प्रोडक्ट बनाने मैं मदद मिलेगी सस्ता ट्रांसपोर्ट , सत्ता मैनपावर मिलेगा कियोंकि वहां लिविंग कॉस्ट भी काम होगी।

बुलेट ट्रेन के जगह विलेज ट्रेन की सोचे मोदी सरकार बड़े महानगरों जहां रोजगार है उन शहरों को छोटे शहरों से जोड़ने के लिए कम बजट में प्रोजेक्ट शुरू करे जैसे दिल्ली को २०० किलोमीटर तक के शहरो को अलग लाइन से जोड़े इस डेडिकेटेड लाइन से सफर करके लोग अपने विलेज से एनसीआर में काम कर सकते है गावं के पास पैसे आयेगे गावं मैं खर्च होंगे अपरोक्ष रूप से बहुत सारे नए लोगो को रोजगार मिलेगा रेलवे हर स्टेशन के पास नया मॉर्डन स्कूल खोले बाज़ार खोले। तेज ट्रांसपोर्ट होने से छोटे शहरो में नए उधोग लगाने के लिए आसानी ह

Ticket examiners making more money by selling tickets should be stopped. cctv cameras at corridor and smoke sensors in sleeper compartment would be helpful to prevent rail robbery and fire disasters. a better cleaning of general compartment toilets at regular intervals like every 10 hours help the local passengers to have a healthy journey

Fencing is needed in certain places. Strict adherence to the Rules should be ensured. Fear of loss of job due to lack of discipline appears to be the only solution.

A word of caution Sir. Situation in Kerala where BJP has not opened account is more or less similar to Delhi. People are fed up with corruption of Babudom.Unless BJP make Corruption a priority issue starting from now, AAP is bound to make that an issue during next election. I request you to appraise your foot-soldiers of Kerala to stress on corruption. If Cent Govt can enact an Accountability Act making Collectors accountable to complaints of corruption forthwith it will pay good dividend.

Delhi Election result disappointed us. I pray you to see writings on the wall.People are fed up with corruption and their helplessness in resolving the problem. AAP had resolved in 49 days corruption in school admission and made Police constable scared to receive bribe. BJP is paying for its failure to care complaint of corruption If Dist Collectors are made accountable to complaint of corruption time-bound like RTI Act bulk of problems on corruption will be resolved
