Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment ...

Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life  at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

Dwarka and Jamnagar are two very important places of spiritual tourism & business oil hub, daily more than 1500 passenger travel to & fro Ahmedabad. going to Ahmedabad is quite convenient i.e. 19216 Sau Express departs from Jamnagar at 11.55 and reaches Ahmedabad by morning 6 but in return their is no train ST-Jam intercity leaves from Ahmedabad at 6 and Sau. Express at 8 PM in both cases returning from Ahmedabad is not convenient. A daily train to Jamnagar to be given in night at about 11.30

dear modi sir,all great person advocates that every child must be given equal rights but every say this but cant do anything about this.there are many children in our country who even dont get a bread,they are begging near road sides ,no body cares about them but if government take interest in this their life may change.so i give a suggestion that if government makes programme about this,government makes hostel where they get education and food.so that we make a learned and handful india

mananiya pradhanmantri narendra modi ji desh ki janta ko malum hai ki aap desh ki vikas ki rajaniti karte ho. lekin modi ji bihar me aaj-kal love triangle vala rajneeti chala hai, jo bihar ko barbad hi kar raha hai or kuchh vikas nahi ho raha hai. lekin modi ji bihar ki janta sab dekh rahi hai, or aapse ummid karti hai ki aap is love triangle vali rajneeti se chhutakara dilaoge. dhanyavad. aap ke desh ka nagrik.

Honourable PM Modiji,please shun temporarily your bullet train idea.It is lopsided.Only a handful can use it who are high end,they can use chopper service.As I appealed before,please make Indian Railway the world's largest employer cimbined with your digital India concept.For unmanned level crossings to every segment of railway can be world class.With valur addition railways can generate revenue without taxing the govt.

Disappinted. no visible change in the Railway for the common people. It is Nine months passed. heard big big assurances. Modiji ..Please do something visible for the mass people. Railway is one of them.I thing basic amenities could have been improved at least by 30 to 40% if not more. Still we have confidence on you. only you can do it sir.

If a complain in the grievance system is not been answered, The work flow of the grievance system is also not been clearly accountable, should we add the feedback of the person who has raised the complain for the performance matrix of the central govt employee who is deputed to fix the complains? Looks like complain systems are there, but its not functioning. anyway, I've decided not to leave up my complain till its closure. I request the same from all. Don't ever give up. Keep chasing. U ll get

The tenders for doing any work must include the life span for the quality of work to be kept. The big tenders to have enough span for its opening and their pretty tenderer tender to be opened and visuallised for its quality and cost.
