The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Dear sir i am qualified engineer working in my field for more than 7 years and i have exported to other country also but due to lack of fund my project is got delayed .please instruct the bank to start online application for ssi unit so the commission agent can be avoided and RBI should ask the nationalized bank cmd to intervene in this matter as in rural areas w/o commission agent no bank gives loan to anyone.the rate of comission is 10 % to 20 % for loan amount to be paid in cash.

Best option is ITI and Diploma students to be deputed for 6 month on job and 6 months at school. This is the most practical approach to make the skilled students. Who can later join with out any hurdles.

Modi Ji Namaskar, Is it possible to make awareness of Solar Power in Rural and residential areas of city through campaign or media I.e. Television, Radio, ON site etc. We can produce and save power with this green method. If 30% India's residence produces Solar Power and save conventional power than the Large industries & small scale industries can grow rapidly with a good employment. Thanks & regards, Raj Kumar Saini

I am big animal lover and I find that in recent years population of dogs have increased multi fold across the country. This is a serious issue and need to be addressed immediately. Following is suggested 1. some law to stop dog breeders/importing the dogs 2. Get the spaying program for all the dogs thru local city vets/MCD 3. Start a adoption drive for our street dogs 4. Hire trainers to train dogs for security purpose 5. Placing with Police/RWAs with some financial assistance incl feeding

Modi Ji, We can do more for Swachh Bharat if we get support from local Counseller who used to sit in their houses only. We are with you always. Pl look into this to make active Counseller as you did for other ministers. Regards, Raj Kumar Saini
