The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Sri Hon’ble Prime Minister Sri Narendrabhai Modiji, Sub: For your response in the man kee bath. I request that the following suggestions be responded to or commented upon. 1. Taking the Salute ( of soldiers, police etc.) In the good western tradition saluting is very respectable and a hallowed tradition. But a salute should not be given without a cap /hat on the head. We Indians don’t put on caps normally. Suggestion: Therefore while taking the salute from soldiers or police

My view of youth or any person looking forward to a job in Indian Government sector is that they are attracted towards it just because it offers lots of perks along with it rather than having passion to work properly and efficiently towards it.

Dear Indians, in my experience and view, before we start talking about skill development, our respected prime minister should motivate the youth to do hard work. our previous governments have focused more on giving out freebies like reservations, stipends, laptops etc because of which a large number of youths from villages are more interested in high paying less work government jobs rather than doing hard work. Everyone is looking for easy money, quick success without going through hardships

Australia has an excellent vocational training system in terms of TAFE (see tafensw.edu.au). They are thousands of them all over the country and provide training from learning English to computer literacy to welding to youths who do not qualify to go Universities. Ms Smrit Irani and her Ministry should study this system with a view to tie up with them for similar institution in India. They are the best source of skill development I have ever seen anywhere in the World!

Sir with the recent elections I have seen leaders like KCR from TRS, Raj Thackrey from MNS, Akbarruddin Owaisi from MIM and many more who are openly spreading hatred among fellow indians. Govt must take stern action against such people who want to garner votes by polarizing and divide and rule. We all are son of same soil irrespective of region and religion and caste. We al are son of BHARAT MATA how can some one who is a political leader can abuse other citizens and without any legal action

To safeguard the localities from theft and crimes like women abuse , child trafficking, rowdism kindly install CC TV cameras in all the streets of INDIA. Let the local residents of that area pool in money so that it wont be a burden on Govt. It can become a nation wide program.

Dear Sir, Instead of reservation based on caste or religion kindly give reservation on the basis of financial status. Because poverty is not limited to any one region, religion or caste. Lot of communities are making good advantages from reservation and other who are more needy are not even aware of their rights. One more suggestion is please stop reservation to second generation meaning if someones father has got 1st grade govt job through reservation then his children should not get reserva
