The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Second issue is price controlling. Cost of any the of eatable in market is double folded of its manufacturing cost. But on agriculture products Government comes to price control. any crop takes 4-6 months. Government should do the cost accounting for agriculture. cost of acre rice is 15000(land rent), 4000(paddy+plantation), irrigation(5000), insecticide and pesticides(2000), fertilizers(6000)+ harvesting(4000)+misc expenses+6 months labour of farmer(?) and the total income is 45000/-price contr

Sir my answer is yes and no. Yes because the theoretical part of the process of mining has to be taught in the class room environment. No, because the expertise in imparting classroom education is very, very poor. You have to have good quality trainers and there is where the genesis of skill development starts. Have training of trainer courses in PPP model

Bharat Mata ki Jai. Respected sir, my first and most important issue is corruption in police department. Because in a civilized society policemen suppose to be protect and help to keep law and order. But as you may know most of the policemen standing demanding money for everything no matter whether it is wrong or right. they suppress people to to follow the law and order by breaking it. According to me there should be rules for police by which if any policeman found guilty should be terminate.
