When the padams in Pulincunnoo become spots for water sports, beautiful lakes with flora and fauna as they were 60 years ago and provide hundreds swimming pools for swimming and related sports activities thousands will flock initially to Pulincunnoo which will eventually need creation of similar facilities in adjacent villages and ultimately the whole Kuttanadan region will be covered in a period of 5 to 6 years.

Once Pulincunnoo starts beating means when the water movements as it was 60 years ago is regained by replacing bunds with bridges to allow flow of water beneath and the padams cleared of encroachments during the past 60 years to make them vibrant lakes as they were earlier people of India will come forward to become shareholders of project giving money for next step.
