In case of company the liability of directors are limited to the etent of shares being held by them . But they are not liable for the losses incurred by the company for their misdeeds rather liability is restricted to the shares held by them.They never suffer loss in their family business, they will enjoy all the lury in life but in case of company affairs they show losses rather loss of bank money only. TAhey will withdrw their money and dead business will be the share of bank.
