Gov. should learn from his simple approach that do not waste resources on policing and restrictions but impose deterrent punishment. For rapes, acid attacks, molestation there shoul be unbendable fixed highly deterrent punishment. In all these cases there has to be a fixed time limit. These cases should not be allowed in Supreme Court.
