We are happy to note that Extensions in Scientific Departments of Various Ministries (viz. Atomic, Defence, Space, Agriculture, etc) is now controlled directly by ACC and is stopped. However, Extensions are still being given indirectly through different routes like Consultant, Advisor, Officer on Special Duty, Fellowhips, etc (post-reitrement) etc which are not requiring approval from ACC. This also needs to be stopped. Govt. should take action to curtail such culture also.

My grievance is that letter and application are in most of cases are not formally received by the concerned Govt dept like sales tax/income tax/service tax if it increase the work load and responsibility. Application/Letter received counter should be separate from the concerned govt dept. Each letter should be acknowledged with the computerized Sr No. The action taken by the concerned dept should be displayed in computer it self and can be available to applicant.

There has lot been said about black money. No one has any doubt that it is used in politics as donations. Party's are reluctant to name people who donated less than 20 k because they won't get donations then. Today a point came in my mind that now so many bank accounts have been opened. So there seems no reason that people have to donate in cash anymore as you don't have excuse now that low income group don't have bank accounts that's why they pay cash. As it is said that with every account under jan dhan yojna is provided with check book and debit card. Cash donations should be banned.

Staircase with ramp to carry luggage with wheels. This doesn't require much change in existing staircase. Somewhere in Bangaluru I have already seen one such type of staircase and its great help. These days most of Indians have luggage with wheels and it becomes very difficult to change platform by carrying them in hand. Attached is staircase example at T-Centralan, Stockholm Sweden.

First please request you to stop harassment of NRI/OCI and foreigners by Immigration officers who are rude and mistreat the passenger. no complaint form is provided and no name tag of the officer or supervisor are present. they insult and abuse passengers because they can. the tourist gets a bad impression of india in 5 minutes of landing. then they ask for a customs form which the airlines don't give. please fix these problems and ensure visitors to India are respectfully treated

For destinations which have open spaces/nature around should have walking, cycle trails. This will prevent people disturbing nature and the destination in any form. This will help tourist wander around without hesitation in the months of monsoon too. 8. Certified guides who have thorough as well as unbiased knowledge of the place, to be appointed.
