And pass one rule, all apartments in cities strictly maintain CCTV cameras otherwise cancel building permission. Please sir ASAP pass this rule in parliament. Sir, Bangalore has a de facto standard of 10 months advance rent as security deposit for tenants which is extremely unreasonable. Same is quoted for unfurnished flats not even having basic amenities. Owners blatantly say that they will use it for fixed deposits in banks. Already the rents are too high, on the top of which security deposits add to our miseries. Please look into this serious matter, so that outsiders can live a peaceful life in Bangalore.

Hello Sir, My Suggestion is to have different income tax slabs for private employees than government employees. Central government employees and state government employees avail many services from the government even after the retirement like medical services, pension etc however private employees does not avail such services but tax paid by these two are same which is not fair. Please look in to this.

The State Governments should look upon the Railway Stations. The railway station's toilets are very dirty and stinky. The Railway stations' infrastructure should be improved by making it as attractive as a Metro Station. Tourists will be attracted to a place where there is cleanliness.

Sir, recently, we visited Port Blair and Havlock Islands as tourist. Andaman Islands have huge tourism potential. We can develop an Island of Andaman like as Sentosa Island, Singapore. Please make Port Blair a International Airport with international flights to tap the foreign tourists tourists.

sir you say that inflation is coming down. yes it is coming down in your figures but i can't see that happening at the retail level. retailers are reluctant to decrease the pricing and pass the benefit to the end consumer.For example state transport raises the price when diesel prices go up but from last 3 month diesel price reduces but state transport don't reduces fair why???????

Three ways to improve the tourism sector...road, air & railways..major attraction places J&K, HP, Amritsar, NE, Goa, Kovalam...our tourism to NE can increase by 10 times if we improve airways..like in Nepal..Katmandu to Pokhra 18-24 seater flight small airports can give huge job opportunity and foreign exchange.
