When the Hon’ble Court was dictating the said order, one Advocate stood up and wanted to know the fate of Third Writ Petition filed by his client and moved by him, on the same issue, Hon’ble Court observed that all other petitions would face the same fate.

On 29th January 1996 said Writ Petition (Civil) No. D-18372/95 was listed for hearing along with the said Civil Writ Petition No. 664/95, Hon’ble Chief Justice’s Court presided by A.M.Ahmadi, C.J. as then he was, accepted the argument forwarded by me observing that they are not dismissing rather disposing off the same by passing judicial order.

After knowing the fact relates to such admission of another Writ Petitioner, on 1st December 1995, I filed another Writ Petition (Civil) No. D-18372/95 with prayers interalia that in compliance of clause (4) of Article 32 of the Constitution of India the Jurisdiction of Supreme Court has been seized to dismiss any Writ Petition filed as remedy for enforcement of Fundamental Rights, without hearing on the merit

Civil Writ Petition No.664/95 filed by Mr. Dinesh Trivedy, M. P., and moved by some renowned Lawyers of the Supreme Court. Admission of such subsequent Writ Petition was not consistent to prevailing principle of the finality of final order of the Supreme Court.

Writ Petition in person before the Hon’ble Chief Justice’s Court presided by A.M.Ahmadi, C.J. as then was, and after hearing the same Hon’ble Court, dismissed the said Writ Petition with observations that Court can’t do anything in such matter. But, after few days thereafter Hon’ble Chief Justice’s Court presided by A.M.Ahmadi, C.J. as then he was, admitted another Writ Petition based on self-same Vohra Committee Report, registered as Civil Writ Petition No.664/95 filed by Mr. Dinesh Trivedy,

please sir i hv aproached various gov sectors like-planning commision,rural develpment office,uvajan seva ayoga, defence and district commisionor but there is no responce in Bagalkot district. sir i hv the greatest humble to serve my nation, i am a national level gold medalist in ncc(tsc) in 2010-11 held at delhi.i hv dedicated my life to develop my nation beter than its previous. here whole the family and relatives are opposing me, out of their opposition i hv started an agriculture project

The vechicles provided by national park authorites to visit inside the jungle is not safe. because it is a fully open jeep.many people saw a video clip that a tiger jump on elephant and injured the forest guard in kajiranga national park Asam.so Sir please ask national park authority to review it. what ever is going on in BABA RAMPAL is not good for our country.what ever allegation is on rampal is different but if court give him order to present in court then he must present.disobey court is a crime. so state and centre govt take strict action and must arrest him otherwise it gives a wrong massage to other people.so Sir please do something.Otherwise anybody arrange 20/30 thousand people and do like rampal.our population is 12ocrore so arranging 20/30 thousand people is not dificult
