I think we should create a tourism industry which is home based. Every Village and town on India should have homes that can double up as a guest house and give a home to a tourist with the Bed and Breakfast scheme. This way the tourist gets to know India in a much personal and intimate way and without spending a lot of money on hotels. So create a local person and his house as a host for the tourist.
