Emphasis on indian culture, food and practices needs to be stressed on. Historic places need to be protected for overt commercialisation; this will increase the tourist draw rather than diminsh it.

Make in India is no doubt important but so are control on corruption and population .These are the two consistently growing devils in India since 1947 .Both have grown as it suited the politicians and thus no political party considered them as a priority and ignored them .The result is in front of us . Any amount of agriculture or manufacturing will not suffice the demand .Implmtn. of Make in India with current corruption levels will not be possible & will only result in hi disappointment.

I would like to give the example of Rajasthan. It has a diverse tourists sites, but it is the inability of the government that many historical places today faces scarcity in the arrival of tourists. The tourists places in Rajasthan doesn't provide the safety (especially to the foreigners). They are not well developed and no proper facilities are available. Rajasthan has rich tradition and it should be preserved. Strict rules must be implemented and those breaking the law should be heavily fined.
