My dear Mr. Prime Minister, I travelled in and out of the India and found that our immigration officers are at times rude and lack interpersonal skills unlike the developed world. Their knowledge of the other countries is not good. They do not greet, neither do they smile. I recommend that we should train them on basic behavioural skills before they are ready to start. dear sir, for the sucess of your swachh bharat abhiyan progranne i think that high penalty should be fined. so that people come to learn from thier mistakes (akal samjhane se nhi aati dhokar khane se aati h) just like in foreign countries fines are penalised for throwing garbage here and there. also dustbin should be fiitted in every half kms and also cctv cameras nd an agency whch takes action upon it. and it will help people getting employmnt nd give there part of earning in the india dvlpmnt.
