When Income Tax is abolished, no one will need to deposit his Income in Swiss Banks, Indian wealth will remain within India. No Black Money will be generated and the Income earned shall be put to use for the progress of our nation.

Even Historically, Income Tax is a stigma on Indians. Income Tax, in the form of legislation was imposed upon Indians for the first time in 1860 by Sir James Wilson and it is on record that it was imposed on Indians to recover financial losses caused to then Indian Government run by East India Company due to "Mutiny" in 1857, Obviously to punish Indians for participating and supporting the "Mutiny".

Even psychologically, Income Tax kills incentive of the people to work more as they no longer desire to earn more. I have seen many teachers refusing evaluation work simply because they fear—out of every thousand rupees earned, Rs. 350 will go in Taxes.

It is not merely a change of tax system but it will change the psyche of the people. Once Income Tax is competely abolished, no income will get unreported and each and every rupee can be counted. Corruption will be curbed, Black Money will be reduced and Inflation will come under control.

Fact remains that to be economically strong, one needs to increase his Income and what is bad is the "Expenditure". The root cause of Inflation is the unnecessary expenditure one indulge in. It again compels for corruption which again generates Black Money which in turn causes Inflation. Generally, bad things are Taxed and not the good things. Since Income is a good thing and Expenditure is a bad thing, therefore we should tax the "Expenditure" and not the "Income"

How to do away with Black Money ! .Infact "Corruption", "Black Money" and "Inflation" rotate in a circle. Because of "Corruption", "Black Money" is generated because nobody offers bribe in white. Fearing Income Tax raids etc. a major portion of the black money is disposed of in purchasing commodities even at higher prices or at any cost, giving rise to Inflation. Due to Inflation, when an ordinary person is not in a position to meet his daily needs, he is compelled to search other alternatives

How to do away with Black Money ! The Expenditure Tax will automatically encourage Austerity Drive and check Inflation. "REPLACE INCOME TAX BY EXPENDITURE TAX" is the only MANTRA or "Magic Lamp" to control Inflation and do away with black money. — rameshguptakuk@gmail.com rameshguptakuk.blogspot.com/

To ensure houses for all by 2022, special rates for home loans should be set. as home loans are the safest exposure a bank/ financial institution can have, home loan rates should be much lower as in other countries

Maharashtra is one of the States in India which is bestowed with some beautiful landscapes. Mumbai itself is surrounded by great landscapes from all directions and has the potentials of becoming one of the world class city for tourism apart from its commercial vibrancy. The sad part is that despite Mumbai being being commercial capital of India, it remained neglected for development for quite a long time and has now become a clogged city. There is haphazard development and rampant enroachments, which need to be tackled on urgent basis. The coastline and beaches in and around Mumbai should be properly maintained to attract tourists. The other locations like Lonawala, Matheran, Mahabaleswar, Pune, Shirdi, and many more with some great landscapes have good potentials to become world class destinations for tourism.

Dear Respectable Sir, I am an Engineer in Noida. its very difficult to find the suitable house for rent/buy in Delhi/NCR or all over india. My Suggestion to Govt of India to make a Website where every person Could share the information for rent/buy/Sell of the house. this would remove the corrupt middle man who is charging a lot of money as broker and flow of money could be transparent between the seller and buyer.
