Tourist Buses covering the tourist places at popular tourist spots should be run by the State Goverments. There should be different duration and routes of the trip so that there is not too much congestion at a particular place at one time. The facilities (like boating etc.) at various tourists should be registered with teh State Goverment and take all safety precautions like life jacket for passengers and only licensed number of passengers on the boat / ferry.
