Digital Locker is one of the key initiatives under the Digital India Programme. A beta version (http://digitallocker.gov.in) of the same has been released on 10th Feb. 2015, by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Govt. of India.

Digital Locker is aimed at minimizing the usage of physical documents and enable sharing of e-documents across agencies. The sharing of the e-documents will be done through registered repositories thereby ensuring the authenticity of the documents online. Residents can also upload their own electronic documents and digitally sign them using the e-sign facility. These digitally signed documents can be shared with Government organizations or other entities.

Key features of the Digital Locker System are:

• 10 MB of free space in digital locker to residents to access their documents through Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and also securely store e-documents.
• e-sign online service to digitally sign documents

Residents are invited to use the Beta version of the Digital Locker System and provide suggestions and feedback on the same. Suggestions are also invited on the use cases for services which can be additionally provided by the Digital Locker System.

A completely synchronised system must be used to implement effective and transparent governance in all sectors. In this regard I have come up with a unique integrated payment and e-governance system which provides complete synchronisation and security. I request you to give me an opportunity to present my idea that integrates digital India and next generation banking concepts, so that a complete cashless, paperless and secured governance will be in place and public can enjoy maximum convenience.

We should set up Central Computer SERVERs Farm for all business, Industry, Educational Colleges, Hospitals, transport Municipal corporation etc. One should on line register for Business to get VAT #. One should get the registration #, log in /password for the Computer Server to do all functions of accounting, purchase, sales, salary, wages to employees, Inventory of raw materials, Inventory of Finished goods, Order processing, supply chain management etc.

He will be saved of all the hassles of filing returns to Sales tax, Income tax, Vat Refund, Company law board, Provident Fund, E.S.I. and no problem of software bugs, computer failure and back ups, expert man power etc. Government will be benefitted with no delay in getting information on the issues in vast areas, no hassles of compiling, no checking and verification of information and highest level of efficiency at no clerical effort with 100% accuracy and 100 % transparency.

. Now the time had come that we must have all data bases interlinked for example Municipal data base with DTO data base( Driving Licence and vehicle registration), with telephone data base, with Income Tax / Pan data base, with Adhar Card data base, with bank Account data base with land record data base with hospitals patients data base with all services data bases such as Gas/ Petrol/ Diesel consumption/Electricity/ Water Board etc.

Section 13 official Secrets Act doesnot allow case to run as police case. The trick Delhi police uses to mislead courtwill NOT work. delhi police and their lawyers are clewless.

How we can improve the quality of service of our state owned telecom provider? We are top in Information Technology and unfortunately we don't have good internet connection. I would like telecom minister Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad to review this on priority.
