Digital Locker is one of the key initiatives under the Digital India Programme. A beta version (http://digitallocker.gov.in) of the same has been released on 10th Feb. 2015, by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Govt. of India.

Digital Locker is aimed at minimizing the usage of physical documents and enable sharing of e-documents across agencies. The sharing of the e-documents will be done through registered repositories thereby ensuring the authenticity of the documents online. Residents can also upload their own electronic documents and digitally sign them using the e-sign facility. These digitally signed documents can be shared with Government organizations or other entities.

Key features of the Digital Locker System are:

• 10 MB of free space in digital locker to residents to access their documents through Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) and also securely store e-documents.
• e-sign online service to digitally sign documents

Residents are invited to use the Beta version of the Digital Locker System and provide suggestions and feedback on the same. Suggestions are also invited on the use cases for services which can be additionally provided by the Digital Locker System.

मजबूत होगी, ये आसानी से समझा जा सकता है ! प्रधानमंत्री जी, ऊपर वर्णित आरोप की हकीकत को मैं संक्षेप में यहाँ दर्शा देना चाहता हूँ ! कक्षा 6 से 12 तक के सभी क्लासेज में माह जुलाई तक प्रवेश लिया जाता है और माह जुलाई से पठन – पाठन की शुरुआत हो पाती है ! हाँ, सत्र के नाम पर भले ही शिक्षण संस्थान माह अप्रेल में प्रवेश प्रक्रिया शुरू कर छुट्टी वाली फीस का बंदोबस्त भले ही कर लेते हों, परन्तु 20 मई के बाद शिक्षण संस्थान गर्मी की छुट्टी पर बंद होने के बाद माह जुलाई में ही खुलता है और माह सितम्बर और अक्टूब

प्रत्येक नागरिक का सुझाव आपके लिए महत्वपूर्ण हो सकता है, भले ही वह ब्यक्ति सड़क पर रिक्शा चलाने वाला ही क्यों न हों ! प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हूँ ! मेरा एक सुझाव शिक्षा क्षेत्र के लिए है ! प्राथमिक शिक्षा के लिए कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के बच्चों को इण्टर कालेज यानि कक्षा 9 से 12 तक संचालित संस्थानों से उन्हें अलग किया जाय ! क्योंकि कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के बच्चों का कोर्स विना पूरा किये ही उनका वार्षिक परीक्षा ले ली जाती है ! इस तरह जब नीव ही कमजोर हो जाती है तो उस पर बनने वाली इमारत कितनी मजबू

प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरे मन में एक सवाल है कि आज जो शिक्षा का स्तर गिरा, उसका जिम्मेवार कौन है ? पहले जो बच्चा कोचिंग अथवा ट्यूशन पढ़ता था, उसे ये माना जाता था कि ये बच्चा पढ़ने में कमजोर है और आज का आधुनिक दौर है कि कोचिंग अथवा ट्यूशन अनिवार्य हो गया है ! शिक्षक उसी बच्चे को तवज्जों देते हैं, जो उनसे कोचिंग अथवा ट्यूशन पढ़ते हैं ! परीक्षा में उन बच्चों को अधिक नंबर भी देते हैं, जो उनसे कोचिंग अथवा ट्यूशन पढ़ते हैं ! प्रधानमंत्री जी, आपका वह वक्तब्य हमें बहुत पसंद आया, जिसमें आप कहते हैं कि भारत के प्र

नई ऊर्जा का संचार पैदा करेंगें, ऐसा मेरा विश्वास है ! लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले आपकी अदालत में रजत शर्मा के साथ प्रार्थी इण्डिया टी. बी. पर आपका इण्टरब्यू देखा था ! आपकी बातों से प्रार्थी बहुत प्रभावित हुआ था ! चूंकि आप रजत शर्मा जी के प्रश्न के जबाब में कह रहे थे कि राहुल गांधी की बात मान भी ली जाए तो देश में 125 करोड़ चौकीदार होंगें और तब तो कोयले के लुटेरों को भी चौकीदार बनाना पड़ेगा ! इस तरह तो दूध की रखवाली की जिम्मेदारी भी बिल्ली को दिया जाना चाहिए !

honorable PM ji ,for digitisation of india i think every gram panchayat bhawan should be connected to internet so that they can get timely and proper information of gov. schemes. also smart cities project should be work along with digitiation of india .for example in smart cities we can digitise various govt. department to increase their efficiency and decreasing human error

Development is directly proportional to Nutrition. Thinking power will not develop with poor nutrition. Let our country be self sufficient by the people and they will develop this country but the governance need to take care for necessity so that even if a child is belong to poor family they too get equal nutrition facility. The cost for Child food to be reduced drastically so that all can afford nutritious food for their children. Good thinking is really required in profession.
