Continuing my post... If banking transactions/ eVoting allow for eSign/ digital signatures, it would showcase the benefits of the PKI and attract public attention. Mobile based signing / cloud signing services would also boost paperless transactions and facilitate mobility. The government has to drive home to the public that digital services are going to be cheap, easy to use and will obviate all other issues (like standing in long queues, dealing with stubborn clerks, etc.)

Some years ago I had blogged on how we could "virtualize" money using technology and link bank accounts to the UIDAI for bringing in transparency in dealings. Is a e-mail is authentic to an official..? Unless a proper notification about the authentication of e-mail to any govt. officials we a can not run after Digital India. Example : Simply watch your Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.. go the parliamentary board. You can not see current structure on it. What we expect from general public..?

One suggestion for inter goverment still uses lots of stationary for inword & outword.it must be stopped.why not we use a lan man or wan.

in this tecnology era.we need to aware with this that main beneficial in save our enviornment.i would like to say if all the activy with government must be online that save also a time.in goverment also there is about hundreds of pages are used that should be stop ane time consuming.it can a big step in stop curruption also.for that a speedy implementation of e-activity for any proceducre than can be done within government by the people.it may be a best bridge.

I would like to suggest my Govt about uploading of video lectures of all classes/languages/boards on a common portal. It will benefit all the students as well as teachers. Especially in rural areas where the availability of good teacher in rare. It will help in bridging the vide gap of rural and urban.

WITHOUT DOUBT THIS IS WITH IDEAL INTENTIONS TO BRIDGE THE GOVERNMENT-PEOPLE DIIVIDE. THE PM HAS VERY THOUGHTFULLY TERMED AS MOVING FROM e-GOVERNANCE TO m(mobile)-GOVERNANCE. THIS IS THE FIRST AND BASIC STEP TOWARDS BRINGING THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PEOPLE CLOSER, AND ULTIMATELY, ELIMINATING THE DIVIDE ALTOGETHER.
