When we are talking about rural india then we must not forgot to mention the reusability or maximum resource utilization.
At rural place the cost of living is to low as compare to urban and also they are happy and healthy with that.
We must find near about zero noise pollution as compare to urban area.
Govt. can encourage tourism by advertising green environment of rural areas.
We will find different-different type of farming at rural area.
In rural areas families always lives together.

Regarding Rural Tourism, there are thousands of places in rural India which can be developed as tourist 'hotspots'. If the tourism ministry is engaged to watch 'youtube', they will find several places in each state which can be developed as 'tourist spots'.
During lockdown period I was watching several of these, and I feel that even 10 years is not sufficient to complete rural tourism.

Dear Prime Minister
There is a talk that corruption in government departments reduced slightly but it is still rampant. You need to some thing to eradicate the corruption and create confidence in your government.
I suggest, you engage experienced private companies CEOs who should be made in charge of implementation of government projects to deliver on time, this only will help your government to implement 'your schemes' which are really good.

45 million ticketless travellers caught by Indian rail in last 4 years so if 2 conductors appointed on commission basis only like in buses in each coach of trains then not only huge lost revenue can be earned but employment will be generated as actual number of ticketless travellers 100 times more!
Over 90% eligible Indians don't pay annual land & property taxes so if private collectors appointed and monthly spot collection system started on commission basis only then not only huge revenues!
