Villagers need to be encouraged to stay in their villages by providing all modern amenities &infrastructure for education, Internet, tap water, electricity, road, health, transport, sports facility, market hubs to sell their agriculture produce like the PPC recently announced. Also, they should be provided the trading market space to showcase their products, values and culture in global market to attract customers and tourists worldwide so they stay within their village and conserve the heritage.

1.Many local and regional foundations
are focused on accessing the resources
that exist in a community , securing resources from outside the community and , using those combined resources to build on a community's strengths.
2.Rural communities can act as microcosm in in addressing problems that occur throughout the nation..

Villages with special cultural backgrounds can be selected under incredible India program. Tourists wants to enjoy culture of our villages can visit there and stay as paying guest and pay charges as defined by govt. By this way villagers also gets good earnings during vacation days.

Every community has a unique history. This can be highlighted in the form of food festivals, drama festivals, or music festivals using their own musical instruments.
