The man who taught us that In a gentle way, you can shake the world, beginning his new innings with his 150th birth anniversary. He has left the legacy of teachings of morality, self-sufficiency, forgiveness, non-violence and satyagraha, etc behind him. Now, as the world is rapidly developing and growing in different dimensions , there are some areas which needs to be concerned for sustainable and inclusive development .

With these pedagogies in understanding, Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti invites you here at this digital platform for an open and free flowing discussion where you can share and discuss your valuable ideas.
These ideas can be further utilized by Samiti in conducting different programmes dedicated to mark the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi.

Gandhiji is a very great freedom foghter ,but others also serve for the nation,but only gandhiji has started some missions like..swach bharat,salt satyagraha etc..............

After seeing all the comments I also think that "why only Gandhi ji " Why can't we talk about any other freedom fighter. All of us know at least 20%about Gandhi ji but we don't know some important fighters names. So I think we should talk about some other people.

Mahatma Gandhi's values and thoughts have to be taught in every school and those thoughts should be taught to everyone from childhood. This would reduce the violence in our country to some extent. People should respect his principles and try to follow them. His principles can be made to reach the people through media . On the whole his ideas should be made widespread and make people to follow them.

why we only read about gandhi not oher freedom fighter? why gandhi's photo print on notes?why we not print ashoka stambh and chakra on notesof rs

why we celebrate only gandhi's bithday why we don't cellebrate aolllther freedom fighters like bhagat singh, sukdev etc. The freedom of people not gain by gandhi only and he supppport ahinsa it was good but freedom is not gain by ahinsa the freedom is gain by fighting with british not by ahinsa. I not told that mahatma gandhi was bad but he is nor perfect and good freedom fighter

A true 'Vaishnav Jann' was born 150 years ago and who left a deep impression among the people all over this globe. But what matters today is are we truly patriotic as he was,are we really living for the pride of our nation? Starting from famous writers like Louis Fisher to great scientist Albert Einstien have payed gratitude to him. If such great men can do so then why can't we. As a concern citizen, this Gandhi jaynti let us all take an oath to take even a smallest step towards clean INDIA.

Ahimsa should be brought and peace should be brought into the country.Gandhiji is father of nation and we have make everything according to his ideology. Swachhh Bharat should be continued and clean India rapidly which makes a contribution to the great legend
