3rd Suggestions would be to make the necessary changes in all Government orders to include Intellectual Disability where ever Physical disability is mentioned so that the needs of this sector is taken more seriously.

Please insist and impose upon the General and Medical insurance companies to come up with an appropriate Medical plan to cover the needs of Intellectually challenged children BECAUSE when they grow up they will have serious Medical issues and may need financial support to get Medical attention.

Wish to bring to your Notice Following problems faced by us when we approach any Govt office for any paper work or approval.Government officials ONLY consider an organization an INSTITUTE if it caters to min 25 children, this is fare for normal children but in case of Challenged children, specially in case of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder it is not right, as each ASD child is equivalent to 5 Kids. Dear modi ji,being a father of a mentally and physically challanged son i would like to share thatsince our childhood ,our school times there has always been no interaction of ours with the disabled,i think its high time that schools must organise workshops of normal children with the physically challanged atleast once in a month,may be a craft session ,a debate,or just a vistit to there institution..that would mean that the very child would accept them as a part of there life and society from the very early days .

Suggested to curtail number of Free Passes to the Employees / their family during service and cut to 25 % after superannuation. Fail to understand how a Son/ Daughter-in-laware also entitled free passes with a minor contribution after an Officer retires Let us give a trial though may be difficult to amend the perks under Union/ Officers Assn pressure but it can be forced upon them with alternate perks, etc
