For the draft Lucknow Smart City Proposal the citizen feedbacks received were analysed and based on which a citizen centric plan was formulated. As part of citizen engagement & consultation process, Lucknow Municipal Corporation arranged a wide range of activities in different platforms to enable contribution of citizens- eg: zone wise consultation, essay competition, vision statement competition, twitter, facebook, online google forms, MyGov. Polls and discussion etc. based on the suggestions received vision, goals and the projects were identified.

WE NEED AN ANDROID APP TO BE DEVELOPED FOR LUCKNOW WHICH WILL LINK ALL THE UTILITY BILLS LIKE ELECTRICITY ,WATER TAX, HOUSE TAX,TELEPHONE BILLS AND ALL OUR MONTHLY BILLS COULD BE PAID THROUGH THIS APP. WE WANT SYNCHRONIZED TRAFFIC SIGNALS WHICH ARE COMPUTER CONTROLLED SO AS TO MINIMIZE TRAFFIC JAMS,WE CAN ALSO UTILIZE DRONES OR AERIAL VEHICLES THAT CAN HELP IN MINIMISING TRAFFIC JAMS.MORE FLYOVERS WHICH WILL HELP TRAFFIC TO BE EASED OUT ESPECIALLY IN AREAS WHERE THERE ARE SCHOOLS.

The current problem being observed is accidents. The news of children being hit by cars and motorcycles are very often. Lucknow stands 3rd in maximum road accidents. My suggestion would be to introduce playing grounds and sports camps for all age group children. it would give benefits to great extend. it would take our city to next level in sports, minimize causality as kids would stop playing on streets, physical growth of a child etc. to make our city smart, we need to look after this concern.

Hi I m shweta Verma.. I have many suggestions for lucknow smart city... First problem is traffic... Traffic rules should be strictly followed by people n on breaking traffic rules heavy fine should be charged. One more important thing I want to discuss.. here 90 percent puplic is driving on high beam at night.. In city there should be no high beam driving. there is second main problem is parking.Specially near hospital school and market. puplic toilets should be made near every puplic place.

The following suggestions shall be kept in mind for Smart city Lucknow.1.Public transport mode system shall be provided & motivated.2.Proper & effective parking for the vehicles to be provided near Hospitals,Colleges/Schools, Bus/Railway Stations & markets.3.More & more trees to be planted for green effect & reduce the global warming.

Large number of houses in Mall Avenue have no water supply since the past SEVEN YEARS now. One fine day sewage started flowing from the taps as due to some construction activity carried out by the last state govt lines got cut.The Jal Nigam employees expressed their helplessness saying off the record that they will not be able to touch the roads near the house of a powerful politician.The poor people have to go far to handpumps to fetch water. It is time that this BASIC FACILITY is restored.

The footpath of the road under the newly constructed railway overbridge in Mall Avenue has been encroached by a political party office. It has constructed toilets for its office on the footpath. The footpath in the adjoining area and a lane nearby are also out of reach of public with the party blocking entry by constructing railings and putting small gates at each end of the footpath. There cannot be double yardsticks on development just due to vested interest of some politicians.

1. The traffic system should be improvised....the congestion of the roads should be looked through 2. People should be punished for spitting on the roads 3. Proper dust bins should be kept in each locality so that the garbage littering is stopped

I rajat puri have several suggestions first we need to give basic amenities to area which r underdeveloped like jankipurm extension so first give basic amenities n then develop smart city this is one of the basic reason people r not voting plz look into this matter as well #SmartCity #MyGov #Lucknow

.There should be sufficient number of flyover for smooth flowing of traffic 2.Parking of vehicles on roads are major problem in Lucknow.There should be sufficient space for parking so that entire road's width remain available for traffic.Heavy penalty should be imposed upon the owner of the vehicle parking the vehicle on road width. 3.Sound/noise pollution should be controlled as per guidelines of indian government. 4.Cleaning of streets/roads/environment is most important work requirement.
