sir, a city is smart only if residents are smart. my suggestion is that govt should encourage NGOs and other research organisations which intend to make people aware of the methods of sustainable development, conservation of all types of flora and fauna, importance of renewable sources of energy and teach people some lessons on cleanliness and civic sense.

Most important problem to be addressed for Lucknow Smart city is heavy traffic jam problem on the roads. Strong presence of traffic police is required at small junctions also and inroads as well wherever jams can result , for example , Gomtinagar area

To Lucknow be a smart city, there should proper TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT all across the city. Moreover there should be proper DRAINAGE SYSTEM also.In present because of poor drainage system Chennai is flooded with water and peoples are suffering. And hence to secure our future we should have proper drainage system around all the city.
