As a responsible citizen I personally believe in this particular project. I want my city Lucknow to be the smartest of all. This can be fulfilled by taking just a small step towards cleanliness. One such suggestion can be a must to have dustbin at all public places and to charge fine from those who litter around.

Respected Sir,for any city to become smart there should be 100% education and employment. In order to make Lucknow smart the basic requirements of food, water, shelter and electricity should be provided to all the citizens. The concept of vehicle pooling should be made compulsory in order to preserve fossil fuel. The ban of tobacco is the need of the hour in order to ensure health and environmental conservation.Every student can be made a volunteer of a particular place in the city to keep it clean.

Sir i belive smart city requires a smart force to protect and make people follow rules but when it comes to lucknow police i belive its the most lazy police force. When u come out on u will find many people braking rules in front of police petrolling vehicles but the police dosen't even try to chase them and this is the main cause of collapsing of traffic system, sir there r hardly any traffic light which is in working condition and hardly any police officer to controll the traffic.

Traffic in the heart of Lucknow, Hazratganj, is at its worst sometimes. We need more traffic police to regulate it. We realise that efforts are being made, but still a lot more has to be done. We need proper functioning of traffic lights which sadly are of no use in Lucknow. I hope steps will be taken to overcome the flaws.

All government offices should be opened 5 days a week maintaining the present working hours a week. The offices should be closed strictly baring emergencies. This will lead to pooling of vehicles which is not possible in today’s environment in which each boss has his own time of leaving which in turn benefits in traffic de-congestion, fuel saving, less pollution and more time to people for boosting economic activity.
