ROLE OF MILITARY IN PEACE TIME honourable PM,Sir it is well known that india is having a large number of military personal in defence forces most of them are un-uttilised during peace time . At the same time there is a lot of corruption in the civil departments at each level in states and central governments to overcome this an inter department inspection teams may be prepared in all departments who will visit other departments to have a check to avoid corruption in that departments .

RIVERS All the rivers should be divided into main and standby streams. The main stream should be the original river as it is (natural). The standby stream should be made both side of the natural river which can be used for bath ,rituals and irrigation etc. The water of the main stream can be used for drinking purpose after purification. The roads /railway tracks having sufficient space for forestry may be constructed along with the artificial (standby streams).to keep our natural resources intac

Ensure that 1.Toilets in each house with water facility 2.Toilets outlet is connected to underground drainage systems (if available) or to septic tank of that house. 3.Putting to use mechanized equipment for emptying septic tank ,for clearing blocks in pipelines 4.Availability of mechanized equipment at all places so as to create zero need for manual scavengers .

I was in China for 6 years. To clean the roads they use vehicles with rotating brushes and later watering the road. The vehicles runs slowly on two sides of the road cleaning on both sides. Definetly this is cost efficient than hiring too many scavengers but the question is rehabilitation of thee scavengers. Probably they can be employed in some gardens or lakes to maintain cleanliness etc. Another point is why the streets become dirty? Provide enough dust bins or boxes for every 30 meter

To inculcate the best hygienic practices for clean India, film industry can voluntarily make it mandatory for each film to show hero and or heroine adopting hygienic practices as the one of the reason for getting attracted or repelled depending the hygienic practice being good or bad. Or Government can bring in legislation to make it mandatory for film industry to have such acts in the film. This will go long way in correcting the new generations for future.

When any political leader becomes national icon and nation starts naming various government aided schemes in his/her name that leader does not remain the property of any particular political party and the name of that leader becomes the brand name of the Government of India because there is lot of taxpayers’ money going in building the brand Mahatama Gandhi/Nehru/Indira Gandhi/Rajive Gandhi and therefore it should be prerogative of the Govt. to decide how that brand name needs to be nourished.
