Respected Sir, Net Packs and Call Packs should be provided separately. Call Packs should be allowed to talk until the balance is empty. Net Packs should be recharged once a month. One month is not 28 days. From the date of recharging until the same date next month. Monthly recharge should be for Net Packs only. The recharge amount for the call packs will remain until it is empty. Not everyone needs an unlimited offer. unlimited recharge is not acceptable to Indians. Thank you sir

My government, by giving a lure through tariff, all the companies initially offer attractive offers to earn their money, but now it is happening that the unlimited offer has been converted into 28 days, 100/400/1000 minutes. The companies should not be given an open exemption, due to which the government companies have gone bankrupt and the government is now helpless. It should not be a strict rule for telecom companies in TRAI too. Obtained that such should no longer be in the hands of industri

SIR Kindly makeit mandatory to all the companies to forward the remaining call time & data balance to the next period after the new recharge by the customers & make it mandatory to all the service providers to provide at least customer care services to solve the tarrif related affairs. Companies are not giving quality service regarding data , call drops etc. are common . but they are not compensating the customers. please stop the monopoly of these companies & promote BSNL SERVICES .

Respected Sir, If there are 28 days in a month? It is condemned to say compulsory recharge once in 28 days. The recharge period should be from the date of recharging to the same date next month. Mandatory recharge should be canceled. The compulsory recharge system is against the customer's interest. Talking facilities are needed again until the old system is in existence. Thankyou sir
