considering all aspects, I suggest paper less incrubmint.such transparencies suggest by media and consumer protection it becomes very vide range of study and separate dictate in each.
How more consumer protection act and presently initiative like district consumer court.
Away some paper less and prefer news by media and accuracy some topics of expert suggest a Idea that have been use proper care and causation.for that we get accurate information and knowledge of study.

Tariff should be fixed and reviewed periodically. It should be fixed in consultation with all the stake holders and uniform for all the companies (or the service providers). Thereafter it is up to the users (customers) to choose the service provider as per the quality of service. This will help end trade wars and force companies to focus and improve quality of service.
