 Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

Suggest solutions for reducing trespassing of Railway tracks.

Not able to post this in healthy INDIA http://www.bmj.com/content/350/bmj.h106 article from British medical journal Even then government is not acting in favour of common medical entrance NEET which was quashed by CJI of questionable integrity ALTAMAS KABIR . NEET boon for students:Justice DAVE Minority Report of same case National Institute of Public Finance and Policy says 2nd black money generating sector is education(n u have appointed half wise smriti irani to play with lives of our kids).

The main reason behind this is not lack of awareness or illetracy where, we could say he/she don't understands the law. The main reason is lack of implementaion of law itself by Indian Railways personnals.People have got stubborn now and feels proud while trespassing. In fact, goverment also don't takes any actions so, people gets a chance to repeatthis activity time and again. therefore, goverment instead of finding solutions first should, considers the route cause i.e. "implementation of law"

In school right from the beginning, i.e Ist standard itself the lesson for safety and rail/road discipline to be included. If one learns from childhood then certainly one will avoid such dangerous things.

#AskObamaModi why america is funding to pakistan . Is their is other planning against India or american is cheating like in 1971 or it is only for economic development of its country it is only make full of two country.
