Yes, I am in favour of new financial year, It is really helps us. As a father I will spend time with my daughter in Summer holidays now my daughter went her grand parents home with out me. It is very hard to her. And it helps lot professional things. I will support central government.

It is better to simplify and keep Financial year same as Calendar year. It may cause some confusion initially but eventually would be beneficial.

I am in favour of financial year matching with calendar year. With regard to agriculture output, weather related results, etc any problem in having data regarding results are going to be a problem only for the first year after changeover(since it will be for nine months), after that it will all be automatically full year data and results. In such case, annual budget should be planned during October so that finance bill can be passed before December every year. P. Mohan
