1.Developing best teachers starts from selecting the right person for teacher post. Free and fare selection process based only on their intellectual capacity is the way forward. 2.Selected candidates should be under probationary period for 3 months to check their teaching ability and motivating abilities. 3.In govt schools inspections should be conducted every 6 months to 1 year to check the performance of students and teachers.

India needs domain specific faculties in universities and NET is not a kind of selection criteria for object specific selection. For example, if today I want to be a specialist in Environmental Law teaching, why should I have to pass an exam asking general. NET do not determine capability to teach or not. The fact that the government relies on exams like NET speaks volumes about the fact that Indian Government themselves undermine the quality higher education in approved universities

Teaching is not a profession. It is a pious duty towards the nation.Teacher training must be based on its cultural values and heritage. The student teacher must be trained on various activities.

sir, first of all we should try to make the job of the teacher very attractive, that is the economic concern of the teacher should be kept in mind. The govt. should make sure that the teacher employed especially in private school get proper salary. They should not be exploited by the management of the school.Govt should ensure strict vigil over the salary given to the teachers in affiliated schools. It would attract good students towards this profession.

Sir, I may kindly excused for any mistake. Sir at any cost we have to recruit toppers as our teachers at any package. Sir I have remember that one topper who became a guest faculty for our English period in my high school carrier, when we request her, she said us "I am Tamil and don't know Odia how I teach you without knowing your local language in a remote village" lastly she agree and take one class in English and her period and teaching give us so effective and beyond imagine.

Sir, 1st- when ever one student admitted in IIT, IIM or NIT we have to offer special package as other private company. Sir, when one private company providing higher salary to them why we shouldn't we have every thing so we have to recruit them. 2nd-If govt. not able to recruit them due to our law or systems we have to change the same. 3rd- lastly we have to extend their study year from 4 years to 5 years or 2 to 3 years as such.during that year one have to work as a teacher as per postings

Sir, my suggestion is we have to change our salary package for teachers, 1. standard package as per govt. pay and secondly Campos package for outstanding candidates & with all India test or drive for outstanding candidates just like UPSC selecting the IAS. as one IAS started his service as BDO/Tahasildar with separate panel by this way this candidates have to serve with special package. again why all most all top candidates never like govt, service everybody have well knowledge about it

why number of govt. schools are decreasing? i have seen that govt are making townships in place of govt.schools. if you want best quality teachers then enable higher degree holders to teach in high schools and higher secondary schools.
