PM Teachers believe that the census, elections, etc. should not work at all, their work must be limited to the school, such as computer technology, human science should be given training, syallabus less important and should be practical. Teachers along with the promotion of its results to be on the basis of time you say.

Most of the teachers for degree level colleges are just people who weren't as successful in their original "dream" jobs. We need people who are TRULY passionate about their jobs and the subjects they teach. We should have a testing system to prove that teachers want to become Teachers in the first place and not just earn an extra buck. These teachers should have the power to instill curiosity and make students crave education and eventually, become as passionate in their own work life.

Appointment of teachers in government schools should be made competitive rather than making it on jan pehchan to the school principal and all. fair means should be taken and only the deserving candidates should be given opportunities. the one with higher marks, skills, and talents are not appointed in guest teachers, while other one with less marks but a jan pehchan to the school authorities gets the appointment. so this kind of appointment procedure should be avoided.

This program should incentivised to attract the academically oriented talent

To develop best teachers, first best minds need to be attracted to the teaching profession. That will happen only when the incentives for those who opt to be a teacher are at par with (or higher than)those in industry. Best minds go to the profession which is perceived as lucrative, and of high reputation by the society in general. Once best minds are available at the entry level, then they can be supported for international exposure, and world-class research.
