क्या विषय लेकर पड़ना हैं यह बहुत कम ही भारतीयों को मालूम होता हैं भारत में बच्चों की रूचि के अनुसार विषय का चयन करने की छुट नहीं होती है अभिभावक अपने सभी बच्चों को इंजिनियर और डॉक्टर ही बनते हुवे देखना चाहते हैं चाहे बच्चों को उस विषय में रूचि हो या नहीं हो जिसके परिणामस्वरूप मानसिक समस्या भारत में दिनों दिन बढती जा रही है जिसका मूल कारण यह हैं कि भारत की शिक्षा प्रणाली में मनोवैज्ञानिक शिक्षकों का अभाव !

My son has studied in few of the finest schools in India. CBSC, ICSE ! One common thing found was beating and spanking from children ! Teachers vent out their frustration boy beating the children mercilessly ! When parents approach the management , they simply refuse to recogniz the matter !

Because of reservation policy policy today in primary and higher secondary schools quality of teachers is deterioting.an applicant who is not competent becomes teacher and more talented applicant of general category remains vain because of our reservation policy. How can we expect that our condition in schools will improve? Our government should notice that there is a great need to review our reservation policy. Reservation must be given to only those who are in strict need

सभी सरकारी शिक्षकों की सैलरी कम से कम एक लाख होनी चाहिए जिसका भुगतान हर माह के अंत में उनका वर्ग अनुसार ऑनलाइन एग्जाम लेने के बाद प्राप्तांक के प्रतिशत के अनुरूप होना चाहिए| जैसे अगर कोई शिक्षक 80% अंक लाएगा तो उसे 80,000/‍ और जो 10% अंक लाएगा उसे 10,000/‍ का भुगतान हो|

भारत के सरकारी कार्यालयो मे कार्यरत बहुत से अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियो का टैलंट उनके कार्य के अनुरूप नहीं है, बहुत से ऐसे employees है जो टीचिंग, इनफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कार्य, बिज़नस आदि कार्य मे पारंगत होते हुए भी ऐसे कार्य कर रहे है जिनके लिए वे नहीं बने है। इसके समाधान के लिए सरकार को उन्हे उनका मनपसंद कार्य करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना चाहिए। ऐसे सभी सरकारी विभाग (Air India, BSNL, MTNL etc) जो की घाटे मे चल रहे है (कर्मचारियो की अधिक सैलरी के कारण), को “सबाटिकल लीव” योजने लागू करनी चाहिए।
