In my opinion teaching is very crucial thing and now a days every state government let it like a bit of nothing teachers appoints on contractual basis, daily wages and now government think this is the best way to overcome spent on education and they treated as a permanent solution bt this is the beginning of our worst education system so stop it and and new education policy should totally abolish such type of thinking of government and control over the requirement rule of teachers.
