Teachers after parents are the best gurus..many students r inspired by teachers n they listen to teachers more than parents..teaching jobs to be made lucritive n very remunerative so that ppl who hv flair come forward..also continuous teacher training thru training, coaching models to be made mandatory.also equally imp is to impart value based training which imparts training on creating values, nationality/countrymenship, togetherness, all for one n one for all thinking etc

We know that B.ed is necessary for teacher to teach, so govt. should train the candidates who has attained B.ed for a year.

Govt. Must give training to teachers in every summer vacation so that they can learn new innovative ideas and sharpened their knowledge. Now a days after taking sevral tests govt. Recruited teachers. But still education in govt school is not good. Students of govt school are lacking behind then pvt schools. So proper teacjer training must be there time to time. Especially in summer vacations it should be compulsory

Good step was taken as CTET introduced bt I think government should controll those institutions which run which training which only give cirtificate and degree not the knowledge and skill which is required to be a good teacher. I have one example also that is one of my colleague get diploma in elementary education from muraina. As it was ntse approved but ahe get it by giving only 75000 thousand rupees. I want ask to all that is she a skilled teacher and be a good teacher. Thank you

Studying Finland Education System- Worlds Best Education System, some reforms like follow can be made A three-year undergraduate degree plus a two-year Master’s degree should require becoming a teacher. 5 years extension to current teachers who does not satisfy criteria. For Lecturer/Professor, Ph.D. should be must. 3 years extension to who are in system but does not satisfy criteria.

I have been conducting a workshop for teachers, "TEACHER: AS A ROLE MODEL" it is an interactive one day workshop successfully conducted at many colleges and schools. I may suggest to conduct for HRD Ministry if given the opportunity.

Very pertinent topic to discuss. I strongly feel that teachers are the back bone of the country and they must be treated with high respect. However, teachers are also responsible for maintaining their respect and dignity. Teacher should lead by example and they should be role models to their students.

to the respected central MHRD minister,mam i am requesting only 1 question y all universities and research institutes have the form fee either it is entrance or exam fee.cost to be 100 rupee only.kindly reply to my question

kindly please mention one thing honourable member of india.that if any student or competetor preparing for any type of services or exam why he/she must give the interview . as we all know that nither school,college, university, any research institute never make there student trained for this type of activity so y interviews are going in india. or it is also i part of cheating the candidate or not selecting it. in that core due to any cause , not belonging to there caste or any other means.
