Teacher develops child brain. The child becomes parents and/or teacher. Now he along with education system develops next generation. The process is going on and a nation's future builds upon teacher and education system. The teacher should be most respected and high paid post for selection of best teacher. Teacher should be properly train to increase the creativity in children, not suppressing their brain. The student centred education is core of education system in many developed countries.

Firstly we have to provide Job security to all the teachers(Asst. Professors) in terms of Permanent nature of employment then and then only they can give there best.Since, financial and non-financial incentives works like motivation for them.In India in many institutes which provide non-grant(UN-aided)courses like MBA,BBA,BCA,MCA,Engineering etc. they cant give AICTE payscale to newly joined Asst. Professors so, Government should take strict action against those institutions.

Insipte of good selection of teachers in Gov. Schools, they are not willing to teach, for this reason, ppl are not at all interested are bound to look at Pvt. schools, which take heavy donations from you, and provide far better infrasture but even then can not guarantee for good education, so my view is that not improve selection processes for the teachers, but need to have an eye on them, they should be given appraisal only if they are performing

There is a shortage of skilled teachers.Even those with B.Ed/D.Ed not able to teach well in English medium.Pl.make MBAs eligible to teach in English medium schools.They will have minimum etiquette,communication and can be trained easily.Keeping in view of shortage of teachers in primary and secondary schools,it will allow the unemployed MBAs to take teaching as career in private sector.Let them undergo a short-term training program and qualify the practical test to continue as a teacher.

Why only the best teachers ? Shouldn't we develop all teachers.All teachers are unique, they have their own abilities and capabilities. If they get an opportunity to develop, why they should not be allowed to do so? ultimately our students will develop. This has to be a continuous process by the way of formal education, informal education, seminars, workshops Discussions, internal or external training etc.We shall find a developing change in few years in the total education system.
