Maximum Government teacher are admitted his/her children in Private School why?It means they are not teach properly in school to other children. Please compulsory all teacher admitted to his/her children in Govt. school. Automatic they will contribute his/ her best for own children education. Education system of village is too poor it will be good by using this system. & electronic attendance system may compulsory in schools for both teacher & student.Education in private & job Govt.why? think

Mere knowledge is not enough for a teacher. A teacher requires good communication skills, a close relationship with student to understand his understanding level, emotional and psychological set up. A good teacher comes down to the knowledge level of the child and lifts him up to the expected level. It requires lot of tolerance and hardwork when the child do not possess the minimum required skills expected.

A good learner with good mindset could become a good teacher who will make our education system very productive and innovative.A evaluation forum is the need of time not only for responsibility of teacher towards student but also towards nation building. Our educational system lack such type of evaluation system .some members of teaching community thinks teaching is agovt job this mindset must be changed by a mindset of nation building through producing talents in india and all over the world

We need to change Teaching Mindset & Methodology: A hands on & kinesthetic approach for explaining each topic has to be given to teachers in the books themselves. The NCERT books tried to do the same but it was beyond the level of an average teacher so they just dropped them. The activities or experiments suggested should be very easy to do with least amt of expense. We need to guide the average teacher on day to day basis which can be easily accomplished if the text books are written that way.

The potential identified good teachers through talent management system should be given high level training and sent to overseas educational institutions for further intellect and idea development.

Out of whole lot, there are good teachers also. Education regulatory body should establish standards and norms for evaluation and assessment of teacher's performance. Recognize good teachers at state and national level and also reward them. It will promote a competition amongst teachers to do their best.

When we talk of lower cut-offs for reservation students it is like " IN A RUNNING RACE WE GIVE THE RUNNER WHO IS COME THIRD PLACE THE FIRST PLACE JUST BECAUSE THE RUNNER IS FROM OBC OR ST CATEGORY." SERIOUSLY.. When there is a reservation we should help them improve and not suffer. Reservation is required but not in its current form. Keep reservation of a job give good facilities such that the can come first place and not under perform and say that they are first. THINK ABOUT IT

And to top it all RESERVATION is not based upon the family income it just depends upon your Name and your influence with CORRUPT GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRATS.
