Sir, The teachers are worship as God, they are the skeleton of our education systems and the creator of modern India. their efforts, try, worship and dedication are enable us moving ahead, Sir(Teachers) I am bow-down my head in your feet. I am proud that you have give me chances for became a student.

Ironically B ED and CTET have become the per-requisite to be a teacher, notwithstanding whether the topper of B Ed/CTET has any real t4eaching ability or not. B Ed/CTET should be scrapped. Teachers should be made to appear for qualification testing at regular intervals.

As a teacher-educator, i think there should be sustainable development for the betterment of the teachers. Not only during their b.ed course but also after this, they must be able to teach with the new technology and according to the advancement in every field of education. thanks

Techers not only need proper training but also need good books, models, labs, equipment and facilities. Books must be well designed and also supplemented with electronic media, modern technology in order to promote better learning. Conducting expert lectures, seminars and use of TV (Doordasrshan/ Private channels),media, internet could help a lot. Teachers must have social network and knowledge base to share best practices, subject material and educational tools.

Teachers are the backbone of the education system. The system can stand, walk or sun only with the help of strong teaching community. Teaching jobs in private institutions is so low salaried that talented people do not want to take up teaching. Teaching in Public sector are affected by reservation quotas, apathy, underskilled and shortage of staff, insufficient institutions. Government must take involvement in building and promoting highest quality teaching staff at levels.

Teachers should mould the students to meet the challenges in the dynamic environment. A teacher should be a friend, philosopher & guide of the students. Other than teaching, he/she should understand the student wholly & involve in having close interaction with them. Other than book, give exposure of the outside world.

This is true from what I have experienced.. Good professionals are not always good teachers. Good teachers are those who motivate, inspire and have good communication skills who can bind students to the quest of knowledge. This is missing overall

Respected Madam I am myself a lecturer. After a multifaced multilevel experience I would really wish that the society should be aware of the need of a Teacher and vice versa a Teacher should be aware of Their Responsibility. Its not Only Money that actually matters in life is what needs to be taught on the very first day of school which Only Society can bring about. A teacher cannot discriminate, has to be alert, watchful, careful, clearheaded and updated in the subject. Much needs to be done.

There is another fact, In Haryana, Computer teachers does not get any salary from last 13 months. Haryana Govt. and Honble Education Minister knows all about it. However they do not take any action since six months. If you do not pay them how you get best teachers ? how can you develop skills?
