This is very critical because in teaching people never give the value ,students also not give the respect and teacher also not reliable as well as not competent in this connection we should create a environment for teachers by giving respect we can add more value and Govt. should not give any work to teacher besides teaching govt. should make such a programme for motivation ,training also increase d payment

Performance evaluation test may be made essential for all teachers irrespective or Govt. school or Private school after a fix spell of time. Teachers salary be linked to his performance in the test. punishment posting like posting in far flung area far away from home may be introduced for non performing teachers. Teacher should be given in-service training for moral/humanity/patrotiasm science and made vocational for students.

bringing quality in teaching is an ongoing process.Continuing education and training must become a predominant tool to usher quality in teaching-learning process. Research should be integrated in every part of education. We need researches of local origin attached with the life of the individuals. Name sake researches those promote plagiarism, copying and cheating must be crushed completely to bring new paradigm shift in imparting quality education.

Teachers shortage in technical education may be replenished through modular training and evaluation of interested participants who on successful completion of each module get a certificate. The design of offering quality modular training and assessment mechanism of teaching proficiency is critical to the success of this task. National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training & Research under MHRD were originally created to fulfill this task. They must be entrusted this responsibility.

In the present world Teacher is not so called as a teacher,he is a facilitator.The only profession which allow us to learn daily is that only the Teaching profession.hence the teacher has to try to build a better nation by sharing his knowledge with his students.The students are the next citizens of a country,so the teacher is the man who build a strong nation with the help of students.

Teaching and nursing are highest paid jobs in Gulf and USA dealing with humans. A teacher wakes up at dawn and travels to school starting at 7:30 am and returns home by 4pm daily. Number of holidays and leave is very less in private sector.Work is carried home and resources from school are not enough. Sheer determination and economic reason is the driving force. Many elite class persons join schools for time pass, status and personal family convenience should be removed. Psychological chk reqd.
