समाज में सबसे अधिक महत्त्व एवं साधन सुविधायें, यदि किसी को दिया जाता है तो उसमें सबसे प्रमुख एवं सबसे अधिक हमारे गुरुजन बन्धुओं को ही मिलनी चाहिये ताकि उनका मस्तिष्क सदा ही निश्चिन्तता पूर्वक अध्यापन में ही लगा रहे। प्रत्येक समाज में अध्यापक बन्धुओं को आदर एवं सम्मान दिया जाना चाहिये । अध्ययन-अध्यापन का कार्य ऐसे गुरुजन बन्धुओं को सौपना चाहिए जो झूठ-बेइमानी-चोरी-छल-कपट आसक्ति-ममता-स्वार्थ से परे हों अथवा इन्हें हर हालत में छोड़कर ईमान-सच्चाई-संयम-सेवा को धारण कर चुके हो|

"गुरुजन बन्धुओं को सर्वप्रथम तो स्वतः यह संकल्प लेना होगा कि हम ‘सद्भाव एवं सद्व्यवहार प्रधान शिष्ट एवं संयमित जीवन को ही आधार बना, चलते-चलाते हुए, ‘सत्यं प्रधान शिष्ट एवं संयमित जीवन को ही आधार बना, चलते-चलाते हुए, ‘सत्यं बद्, धर्मं चर’ (सत्य बोलें और धर्म पर रहें-चलें !) जो जीवन का सर्वोत्तम लक्ष्य है, को ही एकमात्र लक्ष्य बनाकर आगे-पढे़-पढ़ायेंगे बढ़े बढ़ायेंगे |" निष्काम कर्म की पद्धति को प्रभावी तरीके से लागू करना-कराना चाहिए । सच्चे सम्पन्न-विकसित नागरिकता हेतु निष्कामी कर्मचारी अधिकारी

Selection of teachers shall be based on qualification, caliber, moral and ethical standards and their interest in teaching line and honesty, sincerity, patriotism are the prerequisite for selection teachers, not recommendations and caste based and no reservation based. Education institutions based on funds of foreign funding agencies with ulterior motives of breaking India based on religion , region and caste shall be stopped.

Caste reservation should be totally canceled and instead of that scholarship should be given for economically backward classes irrespective of their caste n religion

In some places teachers are not so skillful to make their students attentive and learn. Expert training should be given to Teacher to for more skillful teaching. Every month External faculty should be sent to the schools to interact with student on their learned topics.

dear modiji, as regards education, there is a lot to be done.but for that, please create a saperate education ministry. that too, a cabinet ministry. like annual budget and rail budget, also there should be education budget which will cover all the aspects regarding education.and then HRD ministry can focus only on job creation.this will make the requirement of student more profuse.

IN OUR SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION DEPT NEED TEACHERS WITH LONG SIGHTNESS LIKE TO SAYS THAT HERE NO NEED TO TORCH STUDENTS WHICH ARE POOR IN WRITTING, PRACTICALS WE SEE THAT WE WRITE VERY SHORTLY ON PAPER WITH PEN, WE CHAT ON MOBILE , E-MAIL ON PC, SO 90% WORK DONE VIA KEYPAD THEN WHY TORCHER CHILDS TO IMPROVE WRITTING. THAT TYPE OF THINKS WANT TO DEVELOP IN OUR TEACHERS.

Mechanism may be developed to attract and recruit only public spirited and service minded individuals.
