there must be a independent system to recognize and reward best teachers out of schools, and if possible promote then out of way,only ACRs written by officers/principals should not be the sole base of evaluating a teacher.there should be an annual competency test. norms for taking part in promotion test should be relaxed. in fact there must be a independent impartial test to screen candidates for higher promotional posts and made everybody eligible for that.then only you'll find real talent.

Teachers should be given the facilities to research more apart from the basic studies and also promote children to develop an in- depth knowledge in each field . Children if see TV , they should look for news and channels like discovery and discovery science. Instead of cartoons and music , serial and movie channels.
