• Till the time we are advanced to have CCTVs installed at all junctions , traffic personal can be given a decent hand held camera , where they can take a visual proof of such a traffic nuisance/violations which directly gets uploaded to a common server and creators and fine heavily on the spot. • A valid visual proof will stop the harassment by hands of traffic policemen too as they cannot delete the pic/video as it is on common cloud server and not on their device.

will solve budgetary issues which govt faces as the salary model could be less fixed pay more incentive based on performance and will discipline the traffic and benefit the govt too as today they do not even get any money as it is taken by policemen as bribe. • Till the time we are advanced to have CCTVs installed at all junctions , traffic personal can be given a decent hand held camera , where they can take a visual proof of such a traffic nuisance/violations CONTINUED ABOVE

say with a factor of Rs 2000 to Rs 4000 as they are not only breaking traffic laws , but are creating a mess for all vehicles behind them, big loss of fuel for all vehicles waiting for this particular vehicle to move. • The maximum share of this money should go to the traffic policemen say 80% of the challan which will deter them from taking a meager bribe and not issuing a challan. • This will discourage corruption at both policemen and fine payer, CONTINUED ABOVE

• The traffic police should stop concentrating on fines on people not wearing seat belts, talking on phone harassing people .by which they star. Rather than concentrate more on people creating traffic nuisance. E.g. the most visible case of a traffic jam is because some stupid guy who wants to go straight will overtake the whole queue and stand in way of all vehicles who are supposed to take a free left or right turn. These guys should be fined heavily , CONTINUED ABOVE

Manage Peak Hour Traffic with Same Infrastructure :-As Peak Hour traffic contribution is mainly due to whole India working from 9 to 6 . Traffic Police shall work with big MNCs to stagger the time of these companies . Same roads will start witnessing constant traffic pattern but should not be at peak at a particular time . Manage Traffic Personal and reduce corruption The population of each city is much more than the number of traffic personal managing the traffic. Continued on post below :-

Respected Prime Minister Sir, In Present Scenario, Citizen tend to move from one state to another for jobs/Studies however moving personal vehicle from one state to another is still cumbersome and expensive (getting NOC, Clearance Letter , Re registration in new state , again pay road taxes and many more) . So can government work on this so that this formalities can be minimized so that need to pay just one time tax and say 1-2 two paper formalities to be done wither online or in person
