I have an idea to make Clean India Movement even more participative and functional. So far, we don't have any monitoring authority or governing organization to take proper care of this movement. How about if we have a whole IT System for taking care of this system? Now, most of us have smartphones, preferably with Android, so we can have an app that will allow users to click pictures of all the dirty places near them and bring them to notice of the local governing body. In order to reduced Blank Money please promote usage of Credit Card, Food Coupons, Debit Card, Internet Banking, Pre-Paid Cards, NEFT/RTGS, IMPS and many other. Please reduce or remove the convenience charges on usage of credit-cards and debit cards so it will be promoted. Encourage small mom&pop shops, groceries stores, booksellers, sweets & confectionary shops, taxis and autos, Railways and Bus Stations, Doctors Clinic and Hospitals (majorly required) as this is one place no one has control.

Can we have Aadhar Card, Pan Card, UAN Card (EPFO), Driving License merged together to have single unique card which will have chip that will be used as legal document. This card will ensure all govt details like PAN, PASSPORT, AADHAR CARD, VOTER ID, Ration Card, Also have information dealing with User's Mobile, Adhar Linked Bank Account Details. This card will be used for each and every transaction where in govt bodies are involved. Each dept 'll able 2 access details pertaining 2 their limit
