महोदय डिजिटल प्रौद्योगिकी सभी नागरिकों को डिजिटल सूचनाज्ञान और सेवाएं प्रदान कर सभी आय वर्ग के लोगों की सहायता कर सकती है इस सम्बन्ध में मेंरा अनुरोध है कि सबसे अधिक भ्रष्टाचार वित्त सम्बन्धी कार्य में होता है किसी भी वित्त के काम को पेपर में ना होकर पेपरलेस होना जरूरी है गमन के पश्चात कागजों को गायब कर देना या कार्यालय में ही आग लगा देना आम बात है और दो चार माह के बाद सब कुछ भूला जाता है और फिर से यही प्रक्रिया चालू हो जाती है यदि यह सब ओन लाईन हो जाय तो एक आफिस का डाटा यदि नष्ट भी हो जाये तो उसका बैकअप अन्य जगह मिल जायेगा भ्रष्टाचार का लगभग खात्मा वित्त के मामले में तो हो ही जायेगा।

Dear PM Sir, Bridging the Digital to Smart Cities for economic development should get all the basic facilities like 24x7 water supply & energy, efficient urban mobility, good governance, ICT, safety etc. based on we will be implementing project reports(SRS), ICT framework, Common Service Centers, Nagarpalika Database Information System, four pillar of Institutional, Economic, Social, Physical Infrastructures in PPP(public private partnership) method on sharing with State and Central Governments.

Dear PM Sir, Digital Services to rural in a Single level platform of providing all government schemes and services, build all infrastructures, technologies development, promotes rural entrepreneurship, builds rural capacities and livelihoods. The strategy has been evolving with time, and taking into its new approaches such as participatory local community to all Government agencies through common service centers. Grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contain one unit of CSC.

It is astounding to know about Astonia. It can happen in India too. Once Aadhar will be updated with all citizens & also government must exercise to put all govt/non govt organizations in an online database platform along with their links to the govt. Then only the dream of digital India will come true. I request to NIC & MCI to prepare a road map to realize this vision for our great India.
