In order to achieve the Digital India dream one of the challenges is to regularize the policies related to broadband services. For example the so called Fair Usage Policy or FUP limits the broadband speeds even in unlimited plans. Such meaningless vendor policies should come under the govt scanner to be able to provide fair and consistent experience and expectations to the users.
