Dear Sir, I do not believe it is favorable to levy any form of charges on etransactions. Nor merchants allowed to levy any charges on epay. I believe this is Double taxation on citizens. Its another means for Corporates to pass cost to consumers. Today I pay Rs67 over Rs600 (incl tax) on movie booked through bookmyshow.com.I pay Rs10-20/ to IRCTC for etickets and further 10-15 for netbanking. A platinum customer gets free transactions while regular citizen gets charged for >5 ATM. is this fair?

The cashless transactions made for the small business owners/shop owners should be used to build the credit history. This credit history should be used to provide the loans and loan limit ... This will enable the shop owners to use more cashless transaction. This can also be used as the idea for the Mudra bank as well.

To make it a success, it is important to implement this in the regional languages. As most of the people working at the rural areas do not speak in English

Phone and power infrastructure is bad so use of cards outside major cities is difficult. Secondly card spending has limits which is based on income. Personal debt can be a big issue if govt encourages credit card spending. Lastly all cash transactions are not Black eg dr. Fee of Rs.50 paid to doctor is patie

The draft proposal on electronic transaction is a great measure to curb corruption & black money as this will also help in increasing the revenue of the government as people will be forced to pay tax. Moreover surcharge should be waived of from the transaction. But the security of the card is greatest concerned as there are lot of cases of fake transaction & also cloning of the card. Government should also take measure so that this type of incident can be prevented.

I am already doing all transactions through my card on my phone.i will give my full support. But there should be facility to solve late or failed transactions related problems very faculty. If a transaction takes lot of time to decide whether it is successful or fail, the customer may face mental tension about the money 💵.and he will then start doubting the system.as these problems continued to pile up finally he will loose interest. So transaction problems must be settled immediately

The draft proposal on electronic transaction is a great measure to curb black money transactions, tax avoidance & reduce corruption. However, the following points must be considered to make India a cashless economy: •Reduction of service tax, VAT, surcharge & luxury tax on non-cash transactions •No charges on IMPF & other bank transfers •User controlled dynamic spend limits on Debit cards •Alternative methods for 2 factor authentication •Install NFC supported machines at POS
