Dear Modi Ji, Namaksar, this is my first suggestion on MyGov page. Regarding manual scavenging, I think if we by ourselves think by putting us in the scavengers position, we would realize how is that work for a human being. Is it possible to make it a law to make manual scavenging illegal and thereby making our city sanitation system to such ways that the work of scavenging is not required at all? I do understand that the implementation will take time to change us, but it can be possible.
