Manual scavenging will completely be ended with the formation of public modern latrines as fast as govt could....secondly a vigilance must be kept on the person who is still forced to do such job......many cases were still found in U.P regarding a family still working as manual scavenger and is forced to do....so I think suggestive and tough must be taken against those who forced the person to do such dirty work..he must be punished and must provide compensation to the person ,to whom he exploit

Sir v al love u fr starting swachh bharat campaign therefore i wld like to suggest something on that topic i hve seen mny areas in Delhi including my colony n central Delhi. Since central delhi is d most popular plce whr tourists n younsters visit, there are vry less no.of dustbins due to wch ppl liter on d roads. As a matter of fact sir noone wl go out of their comfort zone to put garbage in their pocket or hang n walk miles in search of dustbins, thus I suggest to put dustbins atlst at 1-2km.

Dear Sir, Swahch Bharat campaign can become very hypocritical since we are cleaning few parts and dumping that garbage in other parts. Garbage dumping is a huge menace and can be prevented by a very simple step of waste segregation. It should be made compulsory for every household. In Bangalore, though segregation policy was introduced, it didnt even continue for one week due to irresponsible and untrained Municipal body. A very simple practice can lead to huge savings and changes to our cities.

Implement existing rules on parking. Section 127 of Motor Vehicle act of 1988 of INDIA. You cannot park for ever on same spot on public street. Tow the abandoned cars immediately..mumbai police commissioner Maria, Jcptraffic Upadhyay and Addncp Traffic Khalid have no intension for cleanliness. MERA BHARAT MAHAN. Let us send them to and Oman and Nikobar islands. Ha hah ha

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that DDA does not seem to be serious about Swatch Bharat Abhiyan. I am shop owner at DDA market, J block Community Centre, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi - 27. The maintenance of this market is with DDA. For maintenance & cleanliness every year contracts are given and contractors are paid huge sum. But there is ZERO work. The toilets are non- usable, no cleanliness, stinking corridors, drunkards roaming about. Pls intervene for success of Clean India Drive.

I am a resident of mangalore, Area- new field street near car street(mahamaya temple). I saw lots of people trowing garbage at the corner of new field street road everyday early morning. We raised complaints\ to Mangalore municipal corporation. They cleaned and placed boards there, threatening to fine those who throws. nothing works it is still continuing. We catch hold of some people red hand on the early morning. they are so shameless... Oh god. Even we tried to clean. now my worry is what next

Hi, I am Amit from Mumbai. I have joined mygov.in today and i am very happy to be part of this site. Swachh bharat campaign is a very good initiative however i am seeing that our people are not following the basic rules and cleanliness. I am still seeing people spitting on roads of Mumbai, they are still throwing garbage in the public places. Its not at all related to education, even educated people are behaving in the same way. I am really very pained by this attitude. I think if some one is not ready to do it by choice then we should force them to follow. We have to setup rules and swachh bharat inspectors who are empowered to collect fines from the violators. This will keep the momentum going and we would really see a swachh bharat emerge out of it. We have to change people's attitude if not choice, then by force, for this campaign to bear fruits. Thank you
